Talented and intelligent Labrador Dame Judi is aware that as a thespian pooch who enjoys performing at Stratwoof Upon Avon, fitness and stamina are so important.  She particularly enjoys the Advanced Locust Pose (Shalabhaasana).

Many acting roles require a level of physical power and strength, and Dame Judi knows that this strength and flexibility will assist with those long days of rehearsals with her canine pals.
